不要让抱怨成常态

 生活中,很多人会经常不由自主地说出抱怨的话。其实,所有的怨语,不管是自怨自怜,还是抱怨别人,在佛门里都被称為恶语,都属于嗔心所致,当有人喋喋不休的抱怨时,不耐烦的旁人可能会扔一句:“有??!”当然这是气话,但如果抱怨成了你生活的常态,有人善意提醒你要适当调整,别不当回事儿,因为抱怨也是一种慢性病,其对身心的损伤绝不亚于大家熟知的糖尿病、高血压。

其实,抱怨无处不在,人生在世,总有一些人、一些事会令人感觉不爽,难免对人对己都有一些不满和意见,抱怨本身并没有太大的问题,但是抱怨的频率过高,抱怨的范围过广,抱怨的怒气过重,则是标准的病态。一项新的研究发现,学会释怀、心怀感恩、放下愤怒,可以大大降低血压升高的危险,进而降低心脏病危险,从怨字的结构也能看出,把心踩在脚下,举着小刀,一旦抱怨,矛头就是他人或指向自己,实际上也是一种攻击行为,而攻击行为常常伤人伤己,长期抱怨导致的愤怒等情绪的积累,会导致免疫力下降,还会使内分泌出现紊乱,长此以往肯定是不利身心健康的。

在生活中的点点滴滴,不会因为你的抱怨而好转,当你不停向别人抱怨时,会给他人留下非常消极的印象,从而影响你的职场规划和生活乐趣,试想一下,谁会愿意整天跟“祥林嫂”在一起,听你喋喋不休的抱怨,心理学上有个“破窗效应”,一个房子如果窗户破了,没有人去修补,不久,其他的窗户也被人打破,任何坏事,如果在开始时没有阻拦,形成风气,就不容易改过来了,就好像河堤,一个小缺口没有及时修补,可以崩坝,造成千百万倍的损失。抱怨也是这样传染破坏你的心境,从而影响你的身心健康。

当意识到自己或他人在抱怨时,要及时将话题转移到轻松的事情上,这样可以帮助情绪的扭转,化解抱怨带来的伤害。听完别人的抱怨或是自己抱怨过以后,或多或少心情都会有些不快,这时候可以找点积极、轻松、乐观的文章或是节目来看,有助于调节低落的心情。诚然,抱怨是一种慢性病,但不等于生活中不能有丁点儿抱怨,抱怨要有度,至少是不经常、不伤害他人、不伤害自己。
